Finance Practice
The attorneys in our Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups regularly assist lenders in secured and unsecured commercial and mortgage loans of all sizes. We also frequently assist our clients in establishing and restructuring bank and other financial institution credit facilities. In connection with the foregoing, our attorneys regularly assist clients (as lenders and borrowers) in the following areas:
• preparing loan documentation (secured and unsecured);
• structuring, negotiating and documenting working capital and other lines of credit;
• loan refinancings;
• loan collateralization, whether of a general or specific nature; and
• enforcement of lenders' and creditors' rights.
