Patrick G. Cooke is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice in business and commercial litigation, while representing clients in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums throughout the United States .

Mr. Cooke's business litigation experience includes contract disputes, shareholder disputes, minority shareholder rights cases, partnership litigation, officer, director, and employee breach of fiduciary duty claims, injunction proceedings, and routine handling of pleadings, discovery, pre-trial, trial, and appeal of complex business disputes. Prior to joining PFS, Mr. Cooke was associated with the Chicago-based law firm of Pretzel & Stouffer, Chartered, where he spent five years focusing his practice in insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation and appeals.

Mr. Cooke is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1989; J.D., 1995). He is a member of the Illinois State Bar and admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois. Mr. Cooke is a member of the Chicago and American Bar Associations.
