Jeffrey H. Frank is a founder of and now Of Counsel to PFS. Mr. Frank focuses his practice in the areas of federal and state taxation, corporate, partnership, limited liability company, securities and real estate law.

Mr. Frank was born in South Dakota. He attended Macalester College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1974), the University of Minnesota (J.D., cum laude, 1980) and New York University (LL.M., Taxation, 1981). He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Frank was admitted to the Minnesota (1980, inactive) and the Illinois (1981) State Bars, as well as the Bars of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1982, the U.S. Tax Court in 1996, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Mr. Frank is a member of the Chicago (Federal Tax Committee), and American (Taxation Section) Bar Associations.
