Michael A. Matteucci is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group who concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, land use, zoning law and commercial lending. Mr. Matteucci works closely with clients through the entire process of buying and selling property, from preparing purchase and sale agreements and conducting due diligence to handling the closing. In addition, he represents commercial landlords and tenants in lease preparation and negotiation. He also assists clients in aspects of zoning and land use law.

Mr. Matteucci is a graduate of DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana (B.A., 1998) and the Loyola University Chicago School of Law (J.D., 2002). He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2002. He is a member of the American, Chicago and Illinois Bar Associations.
