Kimberly A. Nagle is an associate in the Corporate, Securities Law and Tax Practice Groups. Ms. Nagle represents corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and individuals in a variety of matters including business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, lending, federal and state securities law, and other general commercial matters.

Of particular note, Ms. Nagle's emphasis is in the federal income tax aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnership transactions, and tax planning strategies. Ms. Nagle also has significant experience in the resolution of tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service. Ms. Nagle currently serves as Chair of the Chicago Bar Association's Partnership and Passthrough Entities Subcommittee.

Ms. Nagle is a graduate of The American University (B.A., Economics and Interdisciplinary Studies, 1995) and Case Western University School of Law (J.D., 2001), where she served on the Executive Board of the Journal of International Law and was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team. Ms. Nagle was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2001. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and U.S. Tax Court. She is a member of the Chicago and American Bar Associations.
