Maureen Byrne is a paralegal for the Corporate, Real Estate and Tax Practice Groups. Ms. Byrne has over 15 years of experience providing assistance to PFS attorneys and clients in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, real estate transactions, finance transactions, estate planning and general corporate and commercial matters. Ms. Byrne is a graduate of Western Illinois University (B.S., with high honors, 1976) and of the Roosevelt University Lawyer's Assistant Program (Certificate with honors, 1989) and is a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association.
