Kevin M. Noonan is a partner in the Tax Practice Group. He focuses his practice on all aspects of estate and wealth transfer planning, including the use of complex trusts and family limited partnerships, as well as asset protection planning, business succession planning, personal income and transfer tax strategies, and probate and trust administration. He also has significant experience advising clients on issues related to the formation, governance and operation of public charities and private foundations.

Mr. Noonan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.B.A., Accounting, 1992) and Loyola University of Chicago School of Law (J.D., 1997). He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1997, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Noonan is an active member of the American (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) and Chicago (Federal Taxation, Estate and Gift Taxation, and Trust Law Committees) Bar Associations and also the Chicago Community Trust Young Professional Advisory Committee. He has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Illinois Super Lawyers magazine (February 2006, 2007, and 2008). He is a frequent speaker on topics pertaining to strategic wealth planning and recently spoke about "International Grantmaking" as part of a panel presentation to the Federal Taxation Committee of the Chicago Bar Association on Selected Issues in International Taxation.
