Adam R. Jung is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Law Practice Groups. Mr. Jung concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities law, and other general commercial matters.

Mr. Jung was born in Hinsdale, Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for both his undergraduate degree (B.S., Business Administration, 2003) and his Juris Doctor (cum laude, 2006) where he was a Lincoln Scholar. Mr. Jung was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2006, and prior to joining Patzik, Frank & Samotny Ltd., he was an associate at Ungaretti & Harris LLP in its corporate, securities and finance practice group.
