Nika K. Gembicki is an associate in the Litigation and Employment Law Practice Groups. Ms. Gembicki has experience representing clients before arbitrators and in federal and state courts throughout the country in a variety of contexts, including contract law, class actions, employment securities, product liability, partnership disputes, trademark and trade secret litigation. Ms. Gembicki also has experience in white-collar crime and related issues involving corporate governance and internal fraud investigations.

Additionally, Ms. Gembicki represents and counsels clients on a wide-range of employment-related issues, including compliance with governing federal and state laws, employee policies, and the drafting and enforcement of non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements.

Ms. Gembicki was born in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. She graduated from Gettysburg College (B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, 2003) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, 2006), where she served as an executive member of the Villanova University School of Law Moot Court Board. Ms. Gembicki is admitted to the Illinois State Bar (2008). She is also admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar (2006, inactive) as well as the New Jersey State Bar (2006, inactive) and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (2006, inactive). Prior to joining Patzik, Frank & Samotny Ltd., Ms. Gembicki was an associate at DLA Piper LLP (US) in Chicago, Illinois.
