Aaron Babajoni is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Aaron focuses on providing clients practical solutions to real estate and other transactional matters. Aaron has broad experience handling a variety of real estate transactions, including representing commercial real estate developers, REITs, Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, private lenders and national banks during the life cycle of a commercial real estate transaction, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, and financing.
Prior to joining PFS, Aaron worked as a real estate associate for a mid-size commercial law firm in Chicago. Prior to that, Aaron concluded a one-year staff law clerkship at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Illinois.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys swimming, playing basketball, and traveling. He’s a lifelong Chicago Bulls fan and enjoys staying up to date with all things stock market-related.
