Andrew Hahn is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Andrew represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters representing both small and large business owners, landlords, tenants, entrepreneurs and investors of all kinds. In any given week Andrew’s transactional work will consist of negotiating and drafting letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases and loan documents on behalf of clients throughout Chicagoland and the country.

Andrew prides himself on the legal acumen that he offers to his clients but also his practical approach and understanding of matters that many over-look because it may not be considered a legal issue at the outset of a transaction but from his years of practice, Andrew knows that all too often a mountain can be made out of mole hill. Identifying, navigating and negotiating the countless mole hills of any particular transaction so the client receives the best result is how Andrew gains the trust and long lasting relationships with his clients.

Prior to joining PFS, Andrew gained extensive commercial real estate experience at a boutique commercial real estate and litigation law firm. Andrew is licensed to practice in Illinois, a member of the American Bar Association and a member of the Real Estate Investment Associates (“REIA”) where he actively participates on various committees. Andrew also serves as advisory counsel for Superhero Collective, a local charity that is devoted to making a positive impact in the days and lives of terminally ill children throughout Chicago by donning custom-made superhero costumes and visiting area hospitals.

Outside of work and professional endeavors, Andrew can be found with his wife and three children. Andrew and his family love to spend time outdoors hiking, camping, biking, fishing and finding the “off the beaten path” place to go and experiencing what life outside of the “concrete jungle” of Chicago can offer and teach. A native of Michigan, Andrew attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan before attending and graduating from the John Marshall Law in 2012.
