Brad Williams is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Brad has extensive experience representing people and businesses in complex disputes across the county. Brad has a proven track record of navigating high-stakes litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through trial and appeals. Brad has litigated a wide array of matters, including contracts, business torts, intellectual property, employment, personal injury, and insurance.

Brad previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey Vincent Brown in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Before joining the firm, Brad had broad experience, practicing at the Department of Justice and national litigation firms in high-stakes civil litigation and appeals.
Brad grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago and resides in Downers Grove, Illinois, with his wife, Kirsten, and daughter, Lainey. Brad is a proud double Illini and former member of the Marching Illini marching band. Brad enjoys spending time with his family, training for marathons, listening to music, and watching Chicago sports.
