Bryant Roby is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Bryant represents clients in state and federal court in commercial matters involving breach of contract, civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), commercial torts, bankruptcy litigation, and employment disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Bryant practiced at a leading national firm, as well as a boutique Chicago litigation firm, focusing on complex commercial litigation, and government, regulatory & internal investigations. His experience includes representation in a wide range of diverse matters, includes two bellwether trials in the largest multidistrict litigation in U.S. history. Bryant is committed to advocacy that balances strategic, creative solutions with a clear understanding of each client’s business goals and priorities.

Bryant received his J.D. from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2020, serving as the president of the Moot Court Honor Society and Black Law Students Association. Bryant received his B.A. from the University of Mount Union where he was a two-time qualifier for the NCAA Division III Men’s Wrestling Championships. Bryant also received his M.S. from Mercyhurst University in criminal justice administration.

Outside of his legal practice, Bryant enjoys a good workout and is an avid bowler.
