Melanie Kanakis is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Melanie focuses her practice on commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing, and related transactions.

Prior to joining PFS, Melanie has represented clients in various corporate, real estate, and estate planning matters.

Outside of work, Melanie loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and attending concerts.
