Erica C. Reich is an associate in the firm’s Business Practice Group.

Erica joined PFS after spending several years at an international law firm in New York. In that role, Erica represented corporate clients and private equity funds in a variety of capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions, and advised clients on corporate governance matters. This experience gave her exposure to highly sophisticated transactions and legal issues early in her career. Born in Michigan, Erica returned to the Midwest where she was attracted to PFS for its thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach in serving its clients and commitment to social impact work.

Erica is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Columbia Law School, where she graduated as a Harlan Stone Scholar and received the Park School Certificate for Achievement in Foreign and Comparative Law.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband traveling, exploring new restaurants and cooking.
