Gina S. Murillo is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Gina focuses her practice on commercial real estate with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Her experience includes managing all aspects of transactions from negotiation of purchase agreements to post-closing issues for office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties. Gina also has significant experience negotiating office, industrial, retail, medical and residential leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Gina has represented a range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to middle-market businesses to small investors in multi-family properties. As a skilled communicator with a friendly demeanor, Gina aims to simplify complex legal issues for her clients and make transactions run as smoothly as possible, taking the stress out of even the most difficult matters. To that end, she strives to understand and achieve her client’s business goals by getting deals closed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Gina began her career as in-house counsel for a large national owner and manager of Class A shopping centers before transitioning to private practice. When she’s not working, Gina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her dog, attending as many baseball games as possible, and enjoys travel, often combining the two.
