Nicholas Panuncialman is an associate in the firm’s Business Practice Group.
Nicholas is a graduate of DePaul University, with a degree in business management and entrepreneurship, and a graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Following law school, Nicholas also earned a J.D. certificate in business law. Nicholas believes the combination of his educational background equips him with a better understanding of both the corporate world and the legal intricacies that govern it.
A significant reason Nicholas decided to begin his career as PFS is the breadth of its corporate practice, and the fact that he would not be confined to a niche subspeciality or narrow area of corporate law. Since joining the firm, Nicholas has had the opportunity to immerse himself in an array of complex business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities transactions, and corporate governance, which he believes is unique and presents opportunities for accelerated learning and career development that he may not find at other firms.
Outside of work, Nicholas loves to travel but also values TV time with his dog, Wrigley. He enjoys socializing with friends and rarely misses a Sunday dinner with his large Italian family.
