We assist clients in structuring, negotiating, and documenting transactions involving acquisition and construction loans, term loans, lines of credit, letter of credit financing, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, CMBS loans, syndicated loans, Shari’ah-compliant financing, and sale/leaseback structures.
We stay current on both the law and market trends that impact our clients. We also work in collaboration with lawyers from our Business Practice Group and Tax Practice Group to structure each transaction appropriately to minimize adverse federal, state and local tax consequences, maintain maximum flexibility for decision-making and future liquidity events, and minimize risk.
